Yeah definitely you can able to write the JEE MAINS examination having a PCB subject in Class 12th. Infact from JEE MAINS and Advance examination with your subject you can be able to take admission in any of the UG Courses like Biotech, Bio informatics, Bio medical etc. in IIT / NIT.
