.Sc. in Optometry is a branch of medicine which deals with visual systems. Optometry deals with vision which involves examining, diagnosing, managing and treating diseases of the eyes. B.Sc. Optometry is a branch of medicine dealing with eye equipment which includes spectacles and contact lenses. 

Out of both the courses you mentioned I will suggest you to opt for optometry has it has overall a good scope and various oppurtunities.
