Hello,

If you’re a working professional and want to study law without attending college regularly, it’s partly possible depending on your goal. In India, the Bar Council doesn’t allow distance or online LLB degrees for those who wish to practice as lawyers. However, if you just want to learn about law for knowledge, business, or career growth in another field, many universities offer distance or online law-related programs like diplomas or certificates. So yes, you can study law through distance learning, but to become a licensed advocate, you’ll need to complete a regular LLB course approved by the Bar Council of India.

Thank you

All the best
