I hope you are doing well, MCA is india specific thing. This course is not available anywhere else in the world. In place of MCA, MS(Masters in Computer Science) is available. But for this too you must have a good score in IELTS or similar English language proficiency tests and must have a good academic score in your undergraduate degree. They may ask for recommendation letter(not applicable in all cases.)
