Dear Payel, there are 2 ways after B.Sc. Either you increase your educational qualification by doing your Masters in the same field or start a career. If you want to start a career, then there are few profiles that you should be looking at like cartography, survey,  urban and regional planning, town planning, remote sensing, climate change analysis and geospatial analysis.
