see you did not mention about your institute name, however due to corona virus pandemic all schools, colleges, universities are closed now and some of the institution arranging for online classes for students, now since it is a government polytechnic there is chances for examinations will be held properly and you will surely get certificates and other documents. but right now you may face some difficulty to get class notes and other things. so I suggest you to contact with your friends and you all approach to head of the department in whatsapp or phone or by email to give online lectures or notes for study.
