Hi,

It would be better if could pursue a degree in B.E. or B.Tech in either computer science or IT or biotechnology or environmental science in order to pursue this programme. Even if you pursue masters in programming or mathematics or sciences, you will be considered eligible for M.Tech environment engineering.
