Yeah, sure you can  do MCA after completing Graduation . you can apply in any university for M.C.A course like Du , JNU , Jamia millia Islamia.

Basic Eligibility criteria for M.C.A - Must have Bachelors degree in computer applications / Mathematics /Statistics with at least 50% of marks.

For getting admission in JNU in M.C.A course :- you need to visit on the official website of NTA ,then click on the JNUEE website . Then fill the application form of JNU MCA, new registration for JNUEE. with at least 50% marks in graduation.

After clearing the Entrance exam you will be eligible for admission in JNU .

Talking about Jamia millia Islamia :- Bachelor's degree required in respective field with at least 50% of marks . Here admission  in M.S.C course takes place on the basis of Merit not Entrance. at least 50% marks required.
