one of the top medical college in arunachal pradesh is Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, Naharlagun. for ST cateogory you have to score 40% percentile in NEET 2019. NEET 2018 cutoff for ST was 96 marks and NEET 2017 cut off for ST was 107 marks. however every year cut off depends on number of seats. numbber of candidates, difficulty o exam etc. '

no other college in arunachal pradesh offer mbbs. you can tell me more preffered states if you want to.

You AIR will be around 90000 but your category rank will be under 1000
So it will be sufficient for you to get a medical college
as 7.5% seats are reserved for ST
That means out of 34000 seats in MBBS and 3000 in BDS around 2800 seats are reserved for ST so maths says it all
