If you're looking for government Medical college in  maharashtra  then im really  sorry to say at this marks you  wont get any government mbbs college  .
Because  for getting mbbs in government college you should score atleast  550++ this year .
And last year too the last cutoff  for general category  goes upto  535 ++ in average Medical college in government sector.
But yes you can definitely try for the other Medical courses like bams , bhms , veterinary science etc.
For BDS government  ypu may try but chances are quite low  to get it because for general category  cutoff  goes upto 450 ++ ( estimated figure) .
Or you can try for private mbbs colleges.
As like every year cutoff goes varies and slightly higher than last year  usually.
So you  can try your level best to get admission.
We can only predict  but result is yet to be come so hope for the best .

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, then there are no chances for procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 490 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Jalgaon in general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
