If getting a job is priority for you then BEd is definitely a better option, and after completion of BEd you can appear for CTET or state level TETs, other than this if you pursue MA after BCom then you need to think about why are you changing stream, and what you wish to do with MA, and specifically which subject, is it that you want to appear for UGC NET to pursue higher studies or lecturership, if you aim to appear for any government jobs such as UPSC CSE, State PSCs, SSC CGL/CPO, CDS, banking/insurance for the post of PO/Clerk/Assistant/Office Assistant/AAO etc, then these only require you to be a graduate.
