If you are admission though the SC category student then you can gey the SC candidate facilities. If you are not giving 1st year examination in 2019 but giving this 2020. It's okay, no issues are occure. Your SC admission is not cancelled. Otherwise your own satisfaction you can directly talk to the college authority.
