You won't get NITs.You have scored very less .To get into NITs you need a rank less than 40 K and approx 95%ile.

You haven't scored enough to get NITs/IIITs and GFTIs .So you can try for state engineering colleges.From this year all state engineering college will take admission through JEE mains.you must apply for state counselling.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT even you belong to SC category as your rank in your category is very high, but still you can get seat in some private colleges.
