In order to apply for BDS mop up round in Punjab you need to be domicile of Punjab. Even if you are not the domicile of Punjab, if you fit into one of the following categories you can be eligible for counselling-

1. If you are son or daughter of late employee of Punjab Government/Central Government/All India Services.
2. If you are child of late employees of military/ex-military/ paramilitary forces, born in the territory of Punjab
3. If you are a child of defence personnel posted in Punjab.
4. If you are from minority or an NRI candidate.
