I am sorry to say that you would not get admission in NITKKR with this percentile even with home state quota. You can apply for B Tech from IIITs /CFTIs where you can get some good branches.

You should prepare well for JEE Main II . You might get better percentile and get admission in NIT with good marks because you have scored a decent percentile , you can work more hard.
