Yes you will be eligible for Maulana Azad medical college under Delhi state quota because of your senior secondry certificate and not even for Maulana Azad , you will be eligible for each and every college in both the states as you are native of one state and had done senior secondry from another.

So , it's good to have wide options. But please ensure to take your residence proofs and domicile certificate during J&K counselling.

In case of Delhi, only senior secondry certificate would be enough.
