If you are not getting your migration certificate from your institution then you can download it from digilocker. The digilocker documents are equally valid and accepted as the original ones. If your institution raises any query then you can get it attested by the concerned Institute. You will have to download the digilocker app or log in to its website with the help of your adhar number and get the linked documents.
