hey Raj, since the cutoff went high this year and it was difficult even for the students getting 500  marks to get a  govt  mbbs college.For mbbs your score is also low to secure govt. seat, since you asked for management quota seat you can easily get a management quota seat by a high fee structure in tamil nadu,you just have to apply as management quota student and since your marks are good for a private college  so you will easily get it.

This year as you know neet itself was very high scoring and the resullts from Tamil Nadu region is good as usual as Tamil Nadu is a high scoring region. For the seats under state quota only the cutoff goes pretty high so it is nearly impossible for you  to get thrdough AIQ.
