Hello Aspirant, Hope your doing great . As per your query , you can definitely use your Bihar caste certificate . If validity is procured and in some cases, u need to have NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, then the state castes are considered. For JEE they generally consider SC, ST & OBC.
