The cut off for admission in North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong under the State quota for the ST Category in the previous year was a rank of 4,97,635 and score of 143. Hence you if you score around 300 in NEET you will have a very high chance of admission in this college according to the previous year trends.
