10th and 12th marks sheets
College leaving certificate
NEET 2020 admit card
NEET 2020 rank card
Domicile certificate if applicable
Category certificate if applicable
PWD certificate if applicable

Your College leaving certificate will have your conduct mentioned in it and so you needn't have both of them separately. This certificate will do. Do not worry about it.
