Yes, you can get admission in medical college of other states.

Admission in medical colleges is through

• 15% all India quota, for which students of all states are eligible
• 85% state quota, for which students which are domicile of that state are only eligible

So if you want to get admission in medical college of other state then you can get admission through 15% all India quota , but yes cut off marks for medical colleges through all India quota is more than that of state quota cut off .
