Hi,

You have not mentioned , out of how many marks you have scored 971 in your intermediate. However, if it is out of 1000, then your percentage will be 97.1.

Coming to the CGPA, generally for converting CGPA into percentage, it is generally multiplied with a scale of 9.5, then your percentage will be 93.1.
