You have not mentioned your category dear student so the Qualifying cutoff are as follows-

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

If you belong from general category then you have just qualified Neet and same of others as well . and as we know this year cutoff have increased enormously high so it will be very difficult for you to get admission into  this course. I hope you understand that dear student. Even under management quota you might not be able to get admission in any course.
