As per the reservation critera for JEE MAINS 2021, the candidates who will fall under the cental OBC list issued by the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) will fill the option of OBC category in the application form. I am attaching a list here, choose your state and you can check whether you come under the list or not.

And, if you fall under the category then you will need a caste certificate, if you belong to OBC-NCL then you will need a certificate issued by the central governemnt only , and if you fall under OBC then it can be issued by central/state governement.
