Yes, anyone in India can  get admission in Sikkim Professional University after qualifying the eligibity criteria.

Well ,though you have not mentioned in which exam (10 or 10+2) you have got this percentage ,but  I am assuming that you are telling about your intermediate exam percentage as your query is about admission in college .

If your percentage is  more than 50% in 10+2 then you are eligible to get admission as per SPU rules !

So ,if your score is 70% in 10+2 or intermediate level then you are eligible to get admission in B.Pharmacy!
