Yes, you have scored very good marks in the exam you will definitely get admission into NITS but you might not get the top one's as the cutoff for cse is even higher. Though this year's cutoffs aren't released yet by NTA but to get and estimation about what you might get in counseling you could check previous year's cutoffs.
