You can get the following colleges according to last year's cutoff under the 85% state qouta and also under OBC category of Uttar Pradesh.
Motilal Nehru medical college,  Allahabad- 36561
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial medical college- 56758

The ranks stated are the All India Ranks.
Even if the cutoff goes a little high, even then you have a good chance of getting into these colleges.
