Well i would suggest you to go for category 2 in chennai campus with cse as you definitely will be spending less money for category 2 than 5 and if you are not concerned about minute differences in campus size (vellore campus is bigger but chennai's not small too its quite large ) then go for chennai , faculties at both places are good , placements for both campuses are same, otherwise go for vellore.
