May I inform you that any one who qualifes jEE mains according to his/her category percentile is eligible for Jossa counselling.
Now as cutoff percentile for SC candidate in JEE mains 2019 was 54 and you have secured 62 percentile, so definitely you are eligible for Jossa counselling process.
So I would recommend you to Take part in the counseling process and look for the college which suits you best.
