Hi Aspirant,
According to the official notice the reservation criteria of NEET 2020 is applicable on the 15% seats offered in all india quota.However you can apply under one reservation that is ews or Economically Weaker Section which got a reservation of around 10%.

Dear aspirant,
No candidate is allowed to claim for more than one reservations. Considering you have both the certificates ,it is of not use because if you would do so your application would be rejected. So, i would recommend you to claim with EWS certificate as it would be more beneficial to you.
