You can try out for BBA courses in any of our country's premier institutes, for that every colleges have there own entrance exams and have variabled cutoffs, both sectional and overall as well. 

For example Christ university, SRCC or Symbiosis or any xyz colleges. Also if you're willing to study in a government college then there is a course on IPM IIM INDORE, which offers BA+MBA in a span of 5 years. This course is offered by this IIM college only. Apart from this Narseemonjee also offers the same course like IPM.

Yes you can go ahead and join the CA course
You can appear for the CPT exam which is the first level.  The exam will be held on 16th June 2019. Application form will open from 4th April 2019 and the last date for submission of application form is 24th April 2019
