Hi Ashish, As per query about the subject code of NEET qualification 2018, i would to mention 3 codes here and after reading it i would say your case fit most in Code 5...

CODE: 02

A Candidate who qualifies their Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination that is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years studies. They have to complete their qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English that is prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

NOTE: Where the course content is not as prescribed for 10+2 education structure of the National Committee, the candidates will have to undergo a period of one-year pre -professional training before admission to the Medical Colleges

CODE: 03

Aspirants who completed their Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science from the Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body having Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which include a practical test in these three subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.

CODE: 05

Candidates who studying in the first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with PCB (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) provided the examination is a University Examination. The candidate also passed their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.

Hopefuly it helps
