Sorry to say but IITs do not offer lateral entry admissions in 2nd year of B.Tech programpro students who have completed their first year from some other college. Even the NITs do not offer lateral entry. Aming the IIITs, only IIIT Hyderabad offers lateral entry in second year but that is for 5 year integrated course and you also have to repeat your second year there.
