First of all, i would advise you not to run behind marks.
Yearwise cutoffs vary.160 marks is not too difficult to achieve.If you have a clear picture of the various concepts then 160 marks will be a Cakewalk for you or else have a selected preparation schedule. Give stress to a few topics in physics like heat, optical physics modern physics and thermal physics.In chemistry make thermodynamics,equilibrium,chemical bonding and inorganic chemistry your constant pals.Chemistry is the subject to boost your score.If you have not gone through the reaction mechanisms of Organic chemistry,still mugging up a few name reactions and common problems will help.Special focus on calculus coordinate geometry and "sequence and series" in mathematics can be of great help.Last but not the least practice previous year papers and as many mock tests as you can.All the best.

Ensure you solve as many sample papers and previous years paper as possible. Note down you weak topics. Also checkout weightage of each chapter in the previous years papers. Work on them accordingly. And most importantly you should be thorough in your NCERT text book as Mains is an extension of your class 12 boards CBSE syllabus.
