As you got fee reimbursement in your engineering 1st year as you want to know whether you will get it further or not. .
Let me tell you that it depends upon the college.
I am also an engineering student. In my college students get fee reimbursement only for the first year but it do not continue for further years.
So it totally depends upon the college you are studying in.
