You haven't mentioned the name of the education board in which you were studying. Let me tell you that, the eligibility criteria for NEET UG states that the Candidate must have passed in 10+2 in PCB and english as core subjects. There is no upper age limit for attempting the exam and no attempt limit. So, if you add all your marks in each subject and calculate the percentage and get 33% in each, you are pass in that subject. If you pass in all subjects mentioned above, you are eligibile for NEET UG. The link mentioned below may help you-

You should pass in Theory. You havent mentioned whether 33 is a pass mark. You need to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combination. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you mentioned your Theory and Practical marks separately, and 33 is a pass mark, you are eligible for NEET.
