Hello Aspirant! 

With 3676 rank and UR category it is next to impossible to get a seat in any of the AIIMS. If you have scored well in NEET i.e. something around 550 then you may get MBBS colleges through ALL INDIA COUNSELLING if your state quota cutoff goes high. 

I'll suggest you to focus on NEET more if you had appeared for that.
