The educational eligibility criteria for AP ICET MBA is:

• You should completed your graduation in the sequence 10+2+3 system
• For general candidates must secure 50% marks in graduation with a 5% relaxation for reserved candidates.
• If a candidate have completed graduation from distance learning program then the institute must be recognized by UGC, AICTE and DEB.

If you satisfy all this criteria then you are obviously eligible for the exam.
