Based upon your score i.e 44% in the PCM and 46% in the PCB you can't be able to take the admission in any of the good engineering college because most of the engineering institute wants the 60% in the PCM. See, if you want to pursue only the engineering and College then this score is enough otherwise you have to look more into it such that you will take the good placement as well will be eligible to apply for many of the Government entrance exams.
