TS EAMCET is not the Entrance Examination for getting into medical colleges for mbbs.

Through TS EAMCET , only following courses are offered:-

• B.tech
• B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture
• B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture
• Pharm-D (M.P.C.) Doctor of Pharmacy (M.P.C.)
• Pharm-D (Bi.P.C.) Doctor of Pharmacy (Bi.P.C.)
• B.F.Sc. Bachelor of Fisheries Sciences
• B.Sc. (Forestry) etc

But MBBS is not offered through TS EAMCET, so filling TS EAMCET will not help you to get into MBBS

If you want to get into MBBS you need to apply for NEET form.
NEET is the single gateway to get into all the Medical Colleges of India for MBBS ,BDS , AYUSH courses, BV Sc etc, but you cannot apply for NEET 2020 now as last has already passed on 6th January, so you need to wait for NEET 2021 if you want to apply.
