For now you should focus on your 2nd yr subjects. And revise 1st yr subject system wise. For eg if you are going to start renal pathology (which is a 2nd year subject) try revisng anatomy and physiology of the renal system before starting the pathology.

This way you'll be able to

1. revise your 1st year subjects.
2. Build concepts (topic will be easier to understand once you know the basics).
3. Concepts will stay in your memory longer and will help in clinical subjects (4th year).
