Hello Dear

Yaah definitely it is possible but before going to the other college you should have the proper reason for shifting and before that you should have the proper knowledge of shifting the college in your respective campus inorder to get those details before shifting you have to meet with your respective Dean / HOD of your department such that they may help you in that.
