see there is many type of jobs available in Information technology company where coding is much not needed, however some of the job position are process associate,  web consultant, business executive etc. however see the salary for programmer or software engineer is high compare to other job positions roles. however you must have good communication skills as well as ms excel, ms office, some of the cloud computing knowledge to get a decent paying job.
