If you are not able to concentrate, start challenging yourself. Say it to yourself, that you have to sit there and study no matter what. If you are not able to concentrate still, take deep breaths for 2 mins and start again. If you still feel like you are not able to, just start imagining the moment when your results will be out. How you would you react when there’s this computer screen in front of you which will say , you have qualified aiims! Go for it kid! Also, apply the 21 days challenge. Sit down and make sure those 21 days, you give your best! And after that you will be used to it.

Don't worry about the future. Concentrate on the present. Be through with basic concepts and then read NCERT textbooks. After that solve previous year question paper this will boost your confidence and you will score well in the exam. Prepare your time table and do revise every day, this will help you to remember things for a long period. Do meditate and perform some exercise to reduce stress and increase concentration.
