Well, to be frank, after a coaching class from 8-1 , a time period of 9 hours of self study is actually quite difficult for anyone to manage.
Not only you, even some of the biggest toppers of the nation quite frankly admitted to the fact that daily study of long hours won't yield any result.
Rather, try to study smart.
Well, let's get into the point.
First things first, once you come from your coaching, refresh yourself and let your mind stabilize.
Continuous work won't do any good.
Try to study or solve questions which you studied in the coaching that day itself. It will help you to retain more powerfully.
And lastly, for self study try to keep 5 hrs daily friend.
2 hrs Phy, 1.5 each for Bio and Chem.
Manage your schedule 1 week earlier.
Like Within 2 hrs of phy, 1 chapter can be done
1.5 hrs of Bio, 2 NCERT chapters.
1.5 hrs of Chem, 1 Chapter.
And for the weekends, manage to give some sort of time bound tests, this way you will be able to assess your weekly plans.
