I would suggest you to follow the books where you can easily understand. see maximum students follow ncert because its syllabus is standard for any entrance preparation. you may note down the topics from ncert and read it thoroughly from another books which you find easier to understand. also practice mcq questions from tata mac graw or arihant publications books.
