You got GN748 rank in MET exam. You enquired if you can get a seat MMMIT in cs or it or not.

Look, Madan Mohal Malviya Institute of Technology is one of the deemed colleges in India. There is a total of 660 seats with 120 in each CSE, CE, EE, ECE and 60 in CHE as of 2018. A new branch of IT will be introduced in 2019 having 60 seats, that will result in a total of 720 seats. 10% of them filled by jee main rank & rest filled by MET ranks.

One should be with less than 750 rank to get a seat here. Around 733 is the cutoff rank in MET for general candidates in cse. So, you have pretty good chances to grab a seat here.
