I'm Prerna from Haryana AIR 12490 NEET MDS, OBC category, can i eligible to get nice college in Karnataka or I should prefer in Haryana,

The state rank that you would get shall always be lower than your national. This actually means that you will get a better state college then you would if you go by national category wise.

So, I would recommend you to choose Haryana college because you would get it better. The second problem is language and communication. If you take a clinical seat, you need to interact with patients. Most patients in Karnataka shall not be knowing Hindi and this acts as a barrier to patient doctor relationship. Even if you choose a non clinical seat, it at times gets tough to settle somewhere where you are not at all accustomed.
