The eligibilty for clat in LLM course is 

Any law graduate student can apply 

And anyone who is im the final year of their llb degree can also apply. 

So if you are in your final year of LLB , you can definitely apply for CLAT.

The syllabus pattern and timings are different for CLAT LLB and CLAT LLM. 

so go through the exam pattern and prepare well .
